iPhone apps on two computers

If you have two computers, and want your iphone apps on both, sign into your iTunes account on the second computer (presuming the app is already purchased using the first), then go to 'Buy' the app again. iTunes will warn you you have already bought it, but will also give you an option to download again - see screenshots:
